I'm a designer, researcher, and current Research Manager leading the team of UX Researchers at Intuit, Mailchimp. I have over a decade of experience solving complex problems with digital, physical, and service solutions using research and human-centered design as guiding principles. Experienced in building successful user research programs at both Fortune 500 companies and rapidly growing startups, I enjoy helping teams of any size leverage research practices to guide product strategy.

Throughout my career, my work has focused on improving the experiences between people and Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Computing systems. I have a unique perspective on the approach to better understanding and building these tools with peoples’ real-world experiences in mind.
